Okay so I got that problem understood run as admin...Now why are my graphics so terrible I thought that was on because I didnt have the disk I have the disk and its still S*@T....and do you have to beat the game to run lcpdfr

Could someone help me I just downloaded gta4 and it was working so I downloaded lcpdfr and no it wont work it says...Exception EFCreate Error in module DSOUND.dll at 000116c5. Cannot create file "C:\Program Fliles (x86)\Rockstar Games\ Grand Theft Auto IV\asilog.txt". Access Denied. Thank you for the help I appreciate it
