This is a Dekalb County PD vehicle texture and ped pack, includes Two CVPI textures, and a Charger texture. All skin and ped textures were made by me..

How to Install-
PEDS: Install these files in the componetpeds IMG with OpenIV or SparkIV

Install these files in the pedprops IMG with OpenIV or SparkIV
m_y_cop_p.wtd
m_y_cop_p.wdd
m_y_cop_traffic_p.wtd
m_y_cop_traffic_p_.wdd

These include Officer and Sergeant Textures. The Officers have Gray/Black Patches, and the Sergeants have Orange/Black Patches with their chevrons. The m_y_cop_traffic peds have some officers that have tactical gloves. The m_y_cop peds are made from Custo's newest cop ped pack with Armour, however The Raincoat does not have a texture as I found it pointless to give it one.

VEHICLES: Install these textures in the vehicles IMG with OpenIV or SparkIV
Black/Black CVPI Texture - Newer Livery
Black/Silver CVPI Texture - Older Livery
Black Silver Charger Texture - Older Livery

Basically, since I started not to pay with GTA IV anymore, I deleted my whole GTA IV directory on my computer. Therefore all my skins. Luckly I found them on imageshack. :D. But to me they are not much more then a happy memory(Because I really couldn't skin before this skin...). So anyway.

You Can:

-Use this skin as your own(If you give me credits...I really dont care)
-You can edit it(If I didnt delete the .psd. I would of uploaded that too. Oh well)
-Sell it
-Use it as yours in contests
-Whatever else you want to do with it

You Can't:

-Umm well.... I don't put anything here.....

Well my skin was once mine. And now when you feel the need to press the download button...its yours! :D

Federal Signal Unitrol 480K siren

This is the Unitrol 480k by Federal Signal. It features only Wail and Yelp, but with an interesting twist. The Yelp has been placed in the primary siren slot so when you activate the siren, it turns on Yelp while the other two slots are occupied by the Wail tone. What this does is when you activate the Wail tone, there's a chance that it will activate in the middle of the wind up/down loop and this is just how the real Unitrol 480k functions. Other than that it's just a good sounding siren, with flawless looping and good clarity.
