    Thanks Original Light!

Err0r034 and anyone else following the topic, I really do apologize that I have not posted updates or released the newest MDT/MDC site.  Unfortunately, real life has been extremely busy and I have not been able to devote the time to the community/site as I wish I could.  The site does work and will be out soon. I am hoping to get it down prior to the end of the year or early 2017.  Although, it can be sooner just really depends on work and other involvements I have outside of programming.  I will reach out and get some testers as soon as possible and you guys should be happy with the little things I changed and did different with this version.

Thanks again for the support and hopefully see you guys soon!

Development has been moving along just like the New Year and the winter weather!  I am going to be asking for some help from the community to a little insight to the role-playing on the side of EMS/FD.  The new system may contain some cross over but I would like to have some feedback into CALLTYPES, REPORTS THAT ARE COMPLETED etc. If you feel like you can assist or would want to. Then please feel free to respond to the thread or send me a private message either here or on the LCPDFR-HQ site.
Thanks again and hope you all have had a GREAT start to the NEW YEAR!

Should I take the time to design/start development on a new MDT/MDC for GTA V / LSPDFR? or Not?
If you have suggestions on what if should include let me know here.  I will make an announcement here on Monday, October 26th, 2015, give the poll sometime. If I get enough interest and decide to take on the project, no yelling and/or complaining that it is taking forever. I am not getting paid and I am doing this to help enhance/expanded your role-playing experience, remember that.

I have received a handful of votes here and a number of private messages on the existing MDT site.  I am most likely going to start development of the new CAD, but I am looking for community input.
The current version is a single player roleplaying environment that has automated dispatching (random callout, not in game).... The user also has the ability to launch the MDT chat to talk with other users but cannot be attached or view the users active calls. Keep the Single-player roleplaying with automated dispatching as it is now....?
    BUT.....
I came across a few community members who expressed their interest in a format similar to the original (not old) version of the MDT created by Braveheart. Where it was a MDT/MDC for ANY online user and it even had somewhat of a court structure associated with it as well.  Do we have enough users interested in being a part of the court system?
    AND...
What are the roles that the community members like to take on? Such as dispatcher or police officer? Maybe something else? Although this would not be a CLAN "multiplayer" setup, it would have multiple users able to view and respond to a call, however, this would require that a dispatcher be staffed on the MDT at all times to attach and clear responding units.
    OR....
There are so many other MDT/MDC sites out there that no one could careless what I do and whatever is created is created and that is that....I can do that as well and let whoever wants to use it use it and be done with it.
I appreciate everyone's time in advance and your comments.  Feel free if you wish to share more privately to send me a message, take care.

glad you guys are enjoying, I have tried to make it useable on the tablets and such.  I have had a change to the work schedule so things have slowed down but I will try and get some of the other things going in the spare time.

the night mode option was going to be a feature for the clan roleplaying tool (live system). I may carry it into and offer to the free single player version at some point but not at the moment. Currently I am focusing on developing a few other areas and systems before moving into other features/improvements.

    UPDATE NOVEMBER 3RD, 2015  10:50PM EST
The MDT/MDC System has gone through a series of improvements over the last few weeks.  As always I greatly appreciate the support and positive feedback from our users.  As the GTA V community continues to grow the GTA IV MDT/MDC System will NOT BE FORGOTTEN!  Already this week we have released a few exciting features regarding the interface.  This includes a new "NightMode" and the "CopShare" inquiry tool that connects players to one another by allowing users to view each others reports.  I am also here to announce that at this time the EMS/FIRE Cads for the GTA IV community will not be developed due to lack of interest/use.  If in the future those systems gain interest than I will look into further developing such systems.  That is about it for now, enjoy the new updates and have a great time utilizing the system.

    UPDATE FEBRUARY 27TH, 2015  12:00PM EST
The single player version has been active for a few months now and has shown steady growth. We encourage user suggestions for improvements but at this time the system is offered AS IS.  There has been more of a focus on two (2) other cad systems for role-playing users to enjoy... The Fire / EMS Cad systems.  They are also currently being developed for SINGLE PLAYER use and will be released accordingly.

I have placed the multiplayer clan environment on hold for the time being to help accommodate the other users (fire/ems role-players) of the community not just the law enforcement role-players.  I will keep this thread updated and users can feel free to submit suggestions.  If I do not reply to you directly don't think I haven't seen it because I write everything down and keep them in a file for development ideas/future updates/releases.

There is a new commendation system which will add certain commendations to user profiles for MV Stops, Arrests, Etc... which will start within the next few weeks.  Unfortunately for me, I have been transferred to a new unit which does not give me a set amount of days off etc, therefore real-life things play into a role on what I can and can't do and the time I can spend in my FREE time to create and add for your enjoyment.

    NEW SCREENSHOTS 11/03/215....
At the request of community users I am happy to announce a few new features to the MDT/MDC and Records Management System. The last two posts of this topic introduces the "CopShare" Inquiry tool which allows users to view other users reports and incidents.  The second posting is the development announcement for the much anticipated "NightMode" for the MDT/MDC interface.
If anyone would like to PM me with ideas/suggestions or has questions you may.  Just be mindful that it may take me a few to get back to you and that I am in no way ignoring your messages.

if you use the "learn more" section it can help you if you are having trouble. there really isn't much to the system once you log into it.... register, verify and setup your profile. once setup you "READ" the entire page and module descriptions.... start using the MDT/MDC and go from there. if you lock someone up and it doesn't need an invest report just an arrest report clear it arrest, if you need to do a report then click report..... then go to the report/arrest(booking) module and simply click log report and it will self generate. if you are in a report and choose the option "Arrestee" then you need to log a booking report as well.

BEST ADVICE FOR ANYONE HAVING ISSUES OR  QUESTIONS SIMPLY READ THE DESCRIPTIONS AND IT SHOULD ALL COME TOGETHER....

MOST OF ALL ENJOY AND HAVE FUN.... GLAD EVERYONE IS ENJOYING IT.

it does not have to be unfounded, it dispatches you to start your role-playing imagination.... use the notes field add your own suspect description etc... throw a DL number in there of someone that might be on scene, check the person for warrants maybe you will lock someone up anyway! you make it however you want it to play out, i gave you guys the tools to experience how random events can occur in an area, no incident in real life is always what it appears. but overall it is a role playing tool, so do some of the work as well and build your experience/incident/job in any way you wish, don't rely solely on something that needs to appear in front of you. also ask anyone who is on the job, a description of a suspect may come out and it is completely opposite or a totally different race or gender. so here you go for an example: the system dispatches you to a man w a gun.... but the RP refused to give any info or they disconnected prior to obtaining a description.... so what happens now? just like in real life you arrival cautiously on scene. talk to people and put that info in the notes field of the MDT.... you decide how it plays out from there in the game and on the MDT.

There already is a tone for when you are dispatch to a call.
As mikegood mentioned we are taking everyones feedback and keeping them on file.... currently working on a few additional features..... appreciate the feedback and continuebto spread the word almost 100 users and looking to keep increasing daily. More interest will most likely keep the ball moving forward with updates.

Vehicle registration is the license plate also known as the vehicle registration.

Yes it is "on par" with a law enforcement system, that is why it is the most realistic CAD system available. It has lookups dmv system and unique master name index of individuals. If you are an LEO or know how a true CAD system worka it puts you right back into work mode.

The email was sent to content usage which is NOT a suggestion or feedback section. Content Usage was for using the site on other websites or info found on the site to be used elsewhere. Not that big of a deal but that is why you have not received a reply. The emails are screened before replied and i am notify if the email is relevant or not. Thanks though glad you enjoy it.

Traffic Stops / Calls of service When you log in and in multiple areas on the site it states how the MDT/MDC operates, that a call for service will AUTOMATICALLY generate and dispatch you a random call at a location EVERY 6 MINS. This is a system time limit and cannot be specified. This is reset each time that you create/clear a motor vehicle stop. Reason for the reset is for those who alt + tab they can enjoy the game for a few before the next job is created. Traffic stops.... cant do paper? Meaning report? Change the disposition to REPORT or ARREST and then go to your report module or arrest module and it will have you generate a report where you fill in further information and invest report. Those unit dispositions are pretty much standard for all calls of service not only motor vehicle stops. Future Features There may be a Self-Int tab that may or may not be available for you to create a call for service from any one of the incident types. There may be a friends lists that may or may not keep track of people who you enjoy playing with or talk to. There may be a messaging system that may or may not connect you with other users on your friends list or within the system. Hopefully that answers some of your questions or concerns.
