There is a simple test you can do yourself to determine if RDE will be affected by whatever Rockstar does:
Check if GTA/Steam downloads an update. If yes, RDE will probably be affected. If no, RDE will be fine.

Generally, smaller things like the halloween events aren't a full game update, instead they're included in an earlier, bigger update and are simply left disabled until the official 'release'.

The coroner van ability itself is part of ArrestManager, you can change it in the .ini that comes with that.

Alternatively, there should be a list a few pages back.

I noticed that several people have been replying to this with their own takes on the suspect's motive and whether or not he's right wing, left wing, and generally trying to appropriate blame in a partisan manner (these posts have been removed).

I don't believe that in something like this it really matters if the person who pulls the trigger is right wing, left wing, or a chicken wing.  It's simply reprehensible and it's something so tragic that surely people of all political philosophies should be able to come together in search of a solution, not politicking or blame.

In short, please don't reply to this thread with attempts to advance your own political agendas.

A quick search on the forums would have shown you that this is an LSPDFR bug that can be ignored. It'll be fixed in the next version of LSPDFR, whenever that's done.

They all work with Windows 7, the only difference is how busy the streets will be (regular GTA levels, 3 times as busy, 5 times as busy)

    1. No. 1st generation Staniers will be in RDE Retro though.

Nope, literally every vehicle except for the motorcycles (because they're a pain to edit and will be changed later on) and federal vehicles (NOOSE, FIB, USAF Security Forces) have steady burning lights, as do their real life counterparts because of California specific laws.

No, as I told you only the LSPD and LSSD Transporters do, and I just remembered the SAHP Stanier has a rotator lightbar too.

@Cop1980 The center pod rotating too, probably means something else went wrong when compiling the final build. We're not quite sure what happened, but it looks like a bunch of older files was used, meaning some fixes from internal testing builds were reverted. UPDATE: I just checked on my game and the steady burn worked fine. I'm not running the release build though, so this'll require some further investigating to see on whose side the issue is.

As for everyone having issues with certain configs and xmls not being replaced, attached to this post is a .7z file that has them all in it, taken directly from my source files.

The wait is finally over; RDE 3.1 will be released on August 10th. We hope that you will enjoy what we have in store for you. 3.1 brings not only bug fixes, but also a huge number of new content, features, improvements and performance enhancements. We have worked hard to make sure RDE is even better than before! We've heard from multiple sources that they wish for more transparency and communication from us going forward. Your concerns have been heard. The private RDE Discord server will be going public on release day. This will be your opportunity to stay connected with the team and get special sneak peaks on what we have in store for the future.

You can view the RDE 3.1 trailer here:

More information will be available about the Discord server on Thursday. If you'd like to help ensure that future releases are speedier; consider applying to be a beta tester here.

As many of you will have noticed, we're again in the process of making some changes to our Community Team.

    New Community Manager

@ineseri, who originally was in charge of our moderation team and more recently took on the role of Community Manager, has stepped down from his position.  Ineseri joined the team in 2014 after many years of frequently contributing to the forums and would go on to become one of our most active and dedicated staff members.  Unfortunately, an increasing number of real life commitments and opportunities have left him with a lot less time than I'm sure he would like, and he felt that given the importance of his role, it would only be right for everyone here, both members and staff, that he step aside to allow someone else with more time to take on his responsibilities.

Obviously, it goes without saying that ineseri will be missed by all of us on the team, and I hope that everyone will join with me in wishing him the best for the future.  It's been great to have you onboard, even if we all despise you!

As such, we're happy to be welcoming @willpv23 to his new position as the Community Manager.  Will has also been with us on the Community Team since 2014, although first joined the 'G17 Family' much earlier during his time as a staff member on 'FCRP' - the popular San Andreas Multiplayer game server which we hosted in 2012.

    Community Moderator Applications

One of Will's first changes has been to the way that we recruit new people to the Community Team - previously, we invited members who we thought would fit in well with the role and the responsibilities it carries.

Now, however, we're looking for some more members to join the Community Team and would like to invite anyone who is interested to fill out a short form, expressing their interest.

If you think that you'd like to get involved with LSPDFR by volunteering some of your free time to moderating our community, please submit an application to us using the following link:

If you have a trainer installed, make sure you have "Police ignore player", "AI ignore player" or anything similar to one of those turned off.

Their reason is because the GTAOnline cancer pool fund is running dry.  This is a last ditch effort to force people into GTA Online to buy shark cards.  That is the only reason.  Modding doesn't hurt ANYONE, never has.  Take Two are just salty that they can't make profits from mods like FiveM.  I promise you if Take Two and Rockstar got ahold of FiveM, we'd be seeing micro transactions out the ass.  "Hey, give us $5 and we'll let you drive an unmarked sports car!"
  23. SuperStumpje liked a post in a topic by Kallus Rourke in OpenIV discontinued | Take Two claims game modding "illegal"

The online cheaters are NOT affiliated with LSPDFR, Rage, ScriptHook, OpenIV, etc, so legitimate single player only mods should not be getting the shaft as well.    The solution is not to just cut mods completely.  Aside from how stupid that is, lets be real. All mods could be shut down today, only for more to pop up within a week.  There's no point.  Take Two and Rockstar are in a losing fight.
