Traffic Stop with arrest and foot chase

    During a traffic stop for probably cause of prostitution the driver was asked to exit the vehicle and was placed under arrest.... as i was arresting him the female passenger got out of the vehicle and fled on foot down the road and was caught, tazed, and taken into custody
