I am not new to this... lol but I can't seem to fix this, I re downloaded it and it's saying the same thing so I don't know what today now,

You've got some bad files right there.
Delete and reinstall your 'mods' folder or verify your game files.

Verifying is basically reinstalling, but only the files you need.
Reinstalling because of bad car mods is completely unneeded.

Yea, but when i Verify i always delete all the files so i always have to reinstall everything. A bit of missunderstanding from my side :)

In that case your basically removing the need for verifying if you just delete it all.
