LSPD:FR Always crashes on Startup

I am able to open the Rage Plugin Hook and launch the game, but every time I attempt to load LSPDFR, either upon starting the game or manually attempting to load once in-game. I receive the message that the .dll file has crashed every time without fail, although police station icons appear on the minimap despite my having no ability to interact with them.

I have the newest version of both LSPDFR and the Rage Plugin Hook, and made sure to overwrite the default version installed by the lspdfr.exe with 0.42. I've re-downloaded and installed both several times, and have no mods except for LSPDFR itself.

I'm running the game on a Windows 10 OS with an NVIDIA GeForce 750 Ti, a legal, Steam version of GTA V, and I'd be more than willing to produce a screen of my directory, but I'm afraid I must admit I haven't the slightest idea how to do that.

Not a dev and have no clue what your problem is, but you can use "print screen" or "prt screen" or even "prt sc"  on your keyboard (windows) to take a picture of your directory, then, using MS Paint (search "paint" into cortana or run) paste your picture, save it to your desktop. Then, using imgur, you can easily browse your computer desktop and find your png file with the screenshot in it. You copy the link after its done uploading and paste it here.

Download and install the latest version or LSPDFR.
We do not support old versions of the modification.

I'm on 0.1 beta? I downloaded the file available right now and ran the installer that came in there. I even ran the uninstall and re-installed a couple times. I don't understand how that could be. What am I doing wrong?

I ran the LSPDFR uninstall one more time, but found a few more LSPD files in my directory afterward. I deleted them and downloaded LSPDFR again, this time selecting the manually download option and extracting the files into place.

Now it seems to be working, so I figure I must've had some files left over from a long time ago when I first tried this mod. Thanks for the help, I appreciate it! :D
