.update file in mods folder after every GTA V update

Recommended Posts

Guys, question, every time there is a new GTA V / ragehook update, is it required to replace the old .update file in the mods folder with the new .update file with the new update? Because this makes you having to re-install a lot of the visual mods over again, etc.

Hope this makes sense.
