Duty Problem

Hey there! I have been encountering a problem in which I will go on duty, but receive no call outs, can't access any of the menus, and can't make traffic stops. This a very big issue for me as it defeats the overall purpose of the mod without being able to complete the following actions that I have stated I can not do. Below is my latest log content.
