LSPDFR: ID Prompt not appearing when asked for ID

When I conduct a traffic stop, interact with the person inside the vehicle, and ask for ID it tells me to run their information at the top but no prompt appears to tell me their name. This was working fine until I installed TrainerV and two weapon mods. I've since uninstalled the most recently added things and it wasn't fixed. I've tried running LSPDFR by itself, re-installing it. Even with just LSPDFR running it still hasn't worked. I've done all this and verified the integrity of my game cache through steam. Essentially I've done everything I could think of that could cause this issue. Currently the only mod installed besides LSPDFR is a Ford Explorer which replaces the police interceptor.

Make sure your notifications settings are turned on in your game settings, the ID feature uses that from GTA V, having it turned off will result in the ID prompts to not work properly.
