Hi, 

I currently have 6 plugins which are: Police Radio, Arrest Manager, Bank Callouts, CalloutsV, More Callouts, Traffic Policer.

Can these plugins effect your game speed like increase more lagging. Please respond.

Yes they can, if you're running them on a potato.

(seriously, yes, if your system can't cope with handling that much at a given time)

Thanks. Also my game can run GTA V Just fine on medium settings, Will the callout mods affect the speed of the game?

See my previous answer.

You're asking me the same question, "will running more plugins affect the performance". The more plugins or mods you use, the bigger the effect they will have on your game. This may be in the form of lag, or texture popping or vehicles despawning quicker.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20 GHz 3.20 GHz.

If you're experiencing lagging which with that processor i wouldn't be surprised if it was lagging a little bit, then open task manager while GTA V is running, find it in the Details tab, right click and select High Priority, this will help remedy lag/and or tearing issues.

Hi OfficerBurning, 

I am not having any issues with lag, the game runs fine on medium, I was just questioning if the more plugins you have it could cause lag I mostly only have the Callout plugins, it is just the LCPD First Responce.dll has stopped working which occurs after 1 hour of gameplay approx

I sure hope you meant LSPDFR :P

The only way to tell what's causing a crash is to look at the log. It will be located in the GTA V folder, Open RAGEPluginHook.txt - The bottom of the log is the most recent crash report.

Post the log here for further assistance. 

The more the info, the more people will help and chances that it will get resolved.

Hi, Sorry for the long wait. I have uninstalled GTA V and re installed it, I have just downloaded the LSPDFR and added 'NO' Plugins to see if it was the plugins causing the 'LSPD First responce.dll' crashing but obviously not. Below is the latest crash report with 'NO PLUGINS'. Please could you help me.

The latest crash was when I called in a noose air support and when it started to fire rocket launches at the suspect it lagged then said 'LSPD First responce.dll crashed' I do not know if this is what made it crash but I am going to say again lol 'Remember I re installed GTA Before and loaded LSPDFR with no plugins' 

I loaded Grand Theft Auto an hour before i actually played the game because i was watching a program lol.

It seems arrest manager is the culprit. Make sure it's out of your plugins folder. Try with zero plugins. If the plugin required you to add files to the gta v folder then remove those as well.

Arrest Manager has always been out of my plugins folder I don't know why its saying it

Arrest Manager has been out of my plugins folder since I have re downloaded GTA V, I also have 0 plugins but it still crashed.

If you truly have no plugins/scripts, then I would say your processor isn't loading things into memory fast enough.

Try using a game boosting software like Razer Game Booster.

Im running: 

AMD Phenom II x4 965 Processor

6GB RAM

AMD Radeon HD 5800 Series

APEVA Liquid Cool Case/Gigabyte Motherboard.

and if I dont boost my game, set to high priority I'll have lag issues. Granted I do record my games and currently have like 5 plugins, 2 cars, and snow mod (Newest video here: https://youtu.be/x0nwCKuWam4 literally just uploaded it) And EVEN THEN my quality isn't that great.

Grand Theft Auto has always been a demanding game as far as performance.
