help needed after installing traffic enforcer 5.1

ok guys, my gta5 worked perfect before i installed traffic enforcer and now everything loads perfect and when game starts im in a umarked pd car on the beach and i dont have any controls, the f4 and menu(for the speech and toggle lights and siren) pause and the whole pause menu work fine......PLEASE HELP>>>>this is driving me insane..........thanks....heres my ragehook log
