LSPDFR crashing after 5-10 min.

Hello. I recently got LSPDFR and the mod works but only for a few minutes. After about 5-10 minutes to game crashes. I am using RAGE Plugin Hook v0.28.766.5281 PUBLIC ALPHA which is I believe the most up to date version of Rage Hook. Below is the one of the logs and also a list of all my files in the main directory. I do not have any other mods in the game. I am running LSPDFR by itself. If anyone can help identify the problem please let me know and also where/ how to fix it.
