lspdfr crashes b4 i even get into the game

having some issues. cant get it to load into the game without crashing, but the game dont crash. when i toggle rage hook and enter it manually it still shows text at the bottom left of the screen that lspd first response crashes. here is my rage hook log.txt

ok update. it still crashes but i have the police stations are on my map now with no intertactions or triggers.
