lol wat... i use DHS textures for the noose all the time, its the real world equivalent.

interesting about that "Seal and Signature Usage Guideline PDF", thanks DHS for that express guide on how to counterfeit your documents! but it will be useful for making more accurate textures.

like simplestarwarsfan there are some people that like DHS vehicles in the the noose spot.

This is REALLY cool! I'd love to add it to my non-els Crown Vic then dumb it into the NOOSE slot, but sadly I don't know how to add textures. I can't get my sparkiv to work (I use vehicle mod installer). :(
