Author's Description

As I have promised to those who've asked me to release my North Carolina Highway Patrol theme specifically made for Ekalb's new Buffalo Interceptor, I'm happy to finally give it out to you all. This pack includes both the black and silver NCHP schemes as well as the matching campaign cover.

NOTICE: This pack requires both the Ekalb's Buffalo Interceptor and Campaign Hat mods.

Upcoming changes:
The original model for the Alderny State Trooper is making it difficult for me to apply the NCHP Uniform patch. For now, the uniform only matches the colors and overall scheme of it's real life counterpart with subtle differences. The cars textures, however, are almost identical with a modified NC HP crest to match the theme (New Liberty) of GTA.
