Using Spark iv. Uniforms go in Component peds and hats in Pedprops. You will find both in cdimages.

I live in Massachusetts and have seen many State Troopers, actually I have today. They don't look at all like these. These aren't very well done. I created my own Mass State Trooper by taking the original Strooper model and painted over the yellow lines with a nice blue, and then adding a Campaign hat. The textures don't look very good and the original Strooper models look better than the Cop models for this.

I really loved the radio though. It was done quite nicely and should be on more models coming out. And for the custom utility belt, I could go either way. Unfortunately, this model just wasn't in my opinion, of high quality.

Also same goes for the Massachusetts vehicles uploaded to this site. (Not be you, just in general) They all are very poorly made and colors aren't right.

I guess Massachusetts is complicated.
