Why should I need to do that when it is clearly uploaded in LCPDFR.com>Downloads>Grand Theft Auto IV>Community Modifications>Vehicle Modifications>VEHICLE TEXTURES......

The directory is vehicle textures downloads. Just incase you did'nt know.
