Removed DCP compatible Download as it seems the Smart radio is the new standard and added a panic button sound

Sounds a lot more realistic and pleasing to the ear than the default sound package. Great work.

awesome, the transmit after selection isnt too loud is it? i can modify it if it is

I have installed in my game. I like these new sounds a lot better than the regular audio for police radio.
