The main content of this package is a vehicle or piece of equipment and is intended for use by GTAIV modification developers.
No instructions are provided as it is assumed that those making use of such material possess the knowledge required to do so.
Although they may not provided in this package, the GTAIV “vehshare” textures are required for any vehicle modification to be properly imported into ZModeler. They may be found at gtapolicemods.com.

This is a great model, but it looks like this one does not have the polygon filling that you mentioned in the credits. The doors have empty space between the door panels and outer portion. Still a great car though.
