? i'm confused, that IS his FairFax County Police CVPI, with the texture on it, if this is the car, should put a bit more of a description like Tomar Lightbar etc etc.

This is just the ACPD skin. I included the link for his FCPD CVPI because that car is the most like the ACPD cruisers.
