A default IV NOoSE variant of Vapid Stanier cruiser, featuring a generic flat-shaped lightbar that has become a teaser in some hints, like cheating websites. It has been popular for years and very compatible with original game.

Proposedly version 1.1, as this vehicle isn't yet updated for a LONG time.
- Renamed laptop rendering (instead of gta_vehicle_mesh) as a part of vehicle interiors (gta_vehicle_interior/gta_vehicle_interior2)
- Small fixes on some objects
- Handbag added at the trunk as extra_10
