You can make your secondary 02 for it to stay off until a non red-blue version is released.

Cntrl + M - press L then O and keep pressing O until the lights are off the on the spotlights. :)

Also the spotlight are extra_5 and extra_6 so u can turn it off if you don't want it

what is your computer specs? maybe you need a better graphics card with a bigger video ram. when i played this game with my radeon 6450 graphics card, it was laggy, choppy, unbearable to play, even with enb for low end pcs never worked. so what i did was, i waited to get my gaming computer to get upgraded, so i went and bought a nvidia 1050 ti 8gb graphics card. And now i can play even the latest pc games that are released even this year.
