By timnboysThis is just a trainer I made for myself awhile back just thought I would release it for everyone else to use.
F5 - Spawns Police2 Vehicle Model
F8 - Changes your ped model to the state trooper ped model
F6 - Blows your tires for testing purposes(note it will not blow any police car tires....this was how I coded it to prevent myself from blowing my patrol car tires when testing.)
F9 - Fixes Tires & Repairs & Washes your vehicle(any vehicle including patrol cars.)
F10 - Clears The Area of everything(cars, peds, etc.) --- like snt does mainly.
F3 - Spawns glock model incase it disappears from your weapons list.
F4 - Spawns Police4 Model(Note Only EFLC Users have this vehicle model unless you install custo's more vehicles mod.)
F11 - Spawns FBI vehicle model.
Note this trainer disables these by default:
Wanted Level(eg. "Never Wanted")Disables your ped from getting tiredPrevents your ped from flying through windshieldPrevents ragdollMakes Invincible to bullets, Fire, Explosions, Falling Damage, Melee AttacksDisables you from dieing always on low healthMakes you basically Invincible to anything Makes you not be able to be dragged from vehiclesCannot be knocked off bikeSets Ammo and Ammo in clip to unlimitedDisables Ammo Max LimitDisables Mad Driversmakes your vehicle proof to bullets, fire, explosions, collisions, melee attacksMakes your vehicle undamageable makes your vehicle visually undamageablemakes your tires able to be blown --- not police cars though as explained above. Also in the screenshots shown shows you the time in game plus also the speed your vehicle is going in the top right hand corner of the screen.
And Also this trainer will be ported over to gta v once a .net scripthook comes out to do this with.
CURRENT SUPPORTED RESOLUTIONS
1920x1080 (download TicketTime(hotfix 1.01)
1600x900 (download TicketTime1600x900 v1.01)
If you are running a lower resolution, it will not work correctly.
What is Ticket Time? Ticket Time expands on the mechanics of LCPDFR (and requires LCPDFR) to work. It was made to work with 1.0d, and 1.1.
It gives the player more options in terms of collecting information from the driver of a vehicle. It does not generate it owns "persons" names, or wanted status.
It works in conjunction with LCPDFR.
Completing the form is not required - but adds that extra detail for players that want it.
Install - throw Ticket Time in your scripts folder.
Use - pull a vehicle over using LCPDFR. Once they've come to a stop, and you are behind them, press Z.
Follow the prompts from there...
Known issues of 1.01
Issues giving the suspect orders using LCPDFR once asked to step out of the vehicle (use other methods until I fix this if you want.)
Having another unit can sometimes (rarely) make the game crash. Still checking into this one.
Feel free to track me on youtube.
By FinKoneUPDATED 30MARCH2015
Throw this bad boy in your scripts folder. Works for KEYBOARD ONLY, once you press F to get out, your tires will stay turned during a traffic stop.
Don't modify, or redistribute. Thanks guys.
ONLY WORKS ON POLICE VEHICLES - PLEASE DON'T MSG ME ABOUT IT NOT WORKING ON CERTAIN CARS.
Funny things can happen. For example... a invisible man throwing you out of your own car. Shouldn't happen often, and ambient scenes can effect this. I'll be doing updates if the problems are large.
Its just a simple, fast script to keep your tires turned guys, using again, only the keyboad, not controller inputs. Default key is required for entering and exiting a vehicle (F).
1.03 - Includes detecting to make sure you are getting back into YOUR vehicle. Dippa located a bug at which if he moved a suspects vehicle for searching, Mr. Inv would gain control of the car... and would attemp to GTA your vehicle. He'll stay put now and only be removed when you go to enter your vehicle.
I'll keep this one short. Its meant for single player use, in a single player game. This is a investigation and person management tool.
It WILL NOT pop up if it detects another script has ownership of the person to avoid conflict in code.
Please watch the video, it can be rather complex and hard to get the hang of.
You can move suspects, frisk, release, place in car, order hands up, follow me, and tell to stay put.
If you told them to stay put with LCPDFR (only pressed e ONCE) then this script will still work most the time.
If you are pretty deep into the LCPDFR frisk/ID features, this script will not attempt to take control over them, it would be dangerous and dumb.
If the person steps out into the street, and is in a bad spot - you can simply move them with the "Follow Me" command to move them.
Once a person is frisked, you can look them up in the LCPDFR computer system - they tie directly into the LCPDFR system.
UPDATE 1.01 works with any ENB.
1.01, and 1.05 have been reported to REQUIRE LCPDFR 1.0(not sure on the series letter)
Some of you don't like jumping out of a vehicle thats moving, because you forgot to put your RadarGun away. No worries, stay seated!
MUCH NEEDED ground detection. You can now track those speed demons up and down hills, regardless of your position.
As with any of my fresh uploads - please tell me if I forgot something, or you are running into errors VIA PM!!
If you already have a older version installed, and you are one of my repeat offenders, you can simply install the new ini/.net.dll files in the scripts folders.
NO NEED to install the wdr files over again.
Radar Handheld Unit that you can deploy out of any vehicle to use.
Do not modify, or redistribute outside of LCPDFR.
I'll keep this one short and simple. You can refer to the videos below in regards to Installing, and Proper use.
HOW TO USE IT
Known issues :
Radar checkpoint area does not take into account elevation (yet)
Jumping from a vehicle thats moving, while RadarGun was out
Minor flickering in some users HUD
Any suggestions -feel free to PM me.
Backup Callout is a plugin for LCPDFR 1.0d, which uses LCPDFR API calls to plug in fluidly into your game.
Its currently all about assisting a primary officer, which has requested dispatch for a additional unit (YOU), to assist him in a high risk and normal traffic stops.
Be careful. These felons don't want to go back to jail.
You will find bugs. You might even crash. It will improve over time.
LEAVE CRASH REPORTS HERE
IF YOU SHOW UP TO THE SCENE AND THE POLICE CAR AND OFFICER ARE NOT THERE, CHANGE YOUR "Els_Range_Pl", and "Els_Range_AI" to 500 or greater. This is just a update to inform users having trouble. 1.20 update soon, this is just a msg update.
Do not upload, redistribute, or modify without permission.
If you are a YouTuber, please throw my channel a plug so my kids don't starve before the winters over.
Recent Update Notes :
Update 1.20 added more spawn locations (REFER TO MAP PICTURE UP TOP FOR LOCATIONS), added even more handling and improves to protect from a crash in the event of a bad spawn. Tested and working 100% with LCPDFR 1.0d, and 1.1. Later versions after this one MAY however, require 1.1.. we'll see I want to use some of the new APIs.
Update 1.19 added more polish to the normal traffic stops. Added more protection in the event of a bad spawn (tips from LMS and LtFlash helped a lot in improving this go around). Still going to polish up this one a bit more, should clean itself up 100% of the time without a crash in the event of a bad spawn/fail spawn. No new spawns, just didn't have time.
Update 1.18 [hotfix] The aborts got a little jacked up, I made a mistake. Not if the callout fails to create - it should abort and clean up without throwing a fit on its way out the door. LCPDFR should no longer crash if this callout fails.
Update 1.18 - More spawns! The warzone has been added! (Bohan), different spawn system (not location, but creation of peds), to reduce callout failure. Normal traffic stops added (Still be ready for anything... ;) ), Manager line 169 error shouldn't be a large issue any longer.
Update 1.14 - Worked on protecting the game from having a fatal crash. Still working on the script crashes that are happening. If you are getting a null ref NOT related "GTA IVLCPDFRSVNbranchesLCPDFR Ambient ActionLCPD First ResponseLCPD First ResponseLCPDFRCalloutsCalloutManager.cs:line 169", Feel free to let me know - otherwise if that is in your log, I'm working on correcting this for the next update. 1.14 uploaded again. Only correction was the version when callout plugin, plugins. Forgot to update version. :|
Update 1.09 "HIGHWAY" should see minimal crashing. More spawns added (check map picture). The only goal of this was to make it more stable in terms of the event spawning. There are still some issues with the events themselves (Officer car not despawning properly, minor hangs.)
Update 1.08 "HIGHWAY" is more stable. I've disabled all old method for spawning in the cars. This is a static method. If you are having a lot of trouble with the other versions, TRY THIS. If you are not - there really is no need to upgrade. This is my attempt to discover why it works for some, but not for others. Most stable release, does not features city backups, only highwaycallouts for the BROKER AND DUKES HIGHWAY AREAS. Will not spawn them on the other three islands. South East Main Island Only (game starting location)
Update 0.97 "Disregard the Disregards" edition - Attempts at making more stable, and reducing the chance of a disregard. Light testing on this version.
Reduced chances of fatal crashes by putting more protection in.
Traffic requests happen map wide, city and highway.
4 out comes to the traffic stop - all of which can change based on the random statistics given to the felon on creation.
Assign State or County Police Officers to Highway Traffic stops and assist (Just read the INI for once!)
Idea pool + planned features
Suspect flees on foot
Suspect throws drugs on ground (player must collect)
Improve spawning of city related felon traffic stops (rarely grabs a bad spot)
Add carspawn options (letting players pick which vehicle in a INI spawn as the primary, and officer uniforms.), add stock spawning variety.
Add spawn points for highway traffic stops (current method needs to grow to handle this)
Add non-felon stops, traffic assists for normal infractions
To add, have suspect with drugs chance to flee vehicle and drop drugs. Vehicle can be searched for drugs also (don't just clear the scene!)
Bad spawn location for callout. Poor placement of units (sometimes in buildings) - this will improve more over time.
Forcing a callout back to back can fail to create the police car and officer if it was not yet deleted from memory. I do not force these to be deleted, because I want the suspect car to be there when you get back!
Bad spawning, criminals floating, incorrect position, stuck. This is most likely due to the users computer, I'll be reducing the distance they are created and see if that helps combat this issue. High end rigs / well setup games are rarely reporting this.
Police Officer Car not despawning, but Officer despawning.
Crash (rarely) when aiming at criminal when transition from my script control is given to LCPDFR.
Vehicles fail to spawn and land on ground (being looked into, seems to be the case on slower computers/bogged down computers).
LCPDFR having a issue out of my control and causing a script crash. Been talking with other scripters and have been told this one might be out of my hands. It doesn't do it that often. Its happening on accepted and I'll be investigating I way around it.
Working on a solution for this crash error - "GTA IVLCPDFRSVNbranchesLCPDFR Ambient ActionLCPD First ResponseLCPD First ResponseLCPDFRCalloutsCalloutManager.cs:line 169"
By sc2142Well... Ive finaly got around to fixing this thing, So here it is AISirens.
What this script does is it allows AI Police to change there siren using 'Air Horn, Yelp, Phazer, Wail'
Video is on its way, just wanted to get this upload as most of everyone know what it does.
By FinKoneV 1.04 = USE STOCK GTA IV OBJECTS.
V 1.06 = USING 3D STOCK STICKS MODEL.
Thanks to those that step'd up to help make the model.
Its very light weight, and I'll keep improving it in the future - I just wanted opinions on how its running now.
In case you're confused as to what a stop stick is, same thing pretty much as a spike strip. Below is a video of what it does. Currently intended only for us single player guys.
"You bring the art" implies I'm still looking for someone to make me a 3D model that I can use in GTA IV that looks like a stop stick. If interested PM.
Upcoming Plans :
Link the objects together, to make them see more realistic.
Give the player the ability to "tug" them out of the way.
Multiplayer testing (multiplayer version will most likely not feature the physics or tug ability, just to keep things safe.)
Known Issues :
Letting the vehicle you deployed the stop sticks out of despawn, if the sticks are active can create null ref.
Using online will not pop a players car tires, only AI (will get around to fixing it)
Improved issue with returning the strips to the trunk after large duration of having time and moving. Send a message if you run into any issues!
Thanks goes out to LtFlash for letting me pick his brain. I will continue to be a pain in his side.
By Kit...how do you make a screenshot to show off a script?
WHAT IS THIS?
This mod is designed partially address the taxi bug, and partially to diversify traffic around Liberty City slightly.
HOW DOES IT DO THAT?
In its simplest terms, it spawns cars. Unlikely most traffic "fixes" though this script is geared towards public service, construction, delivery vehicles, and some emergency service vehicles including those that don't normally spawn in traffic such as the Bus and Limo, as well as added vehicles. This script pack allows you to set what vehicles you want spawning, how often, and who's driving/riding in them.
Every now and then, you might even see a fire truck go by with its lights and sirens on...
WHAT ABOUT REGULAR CARS?
These scripts aren't for that.
Because I said so.
Ok, if you're really concerned about regular traffic, this is meant to work with Sam's Use Traffic Flow for cars, use this for bigger vehicles. As for emergency vehicles, that's in the works in the future.
I BET IT'S FULL OF BUGS AND STUFF THAT'LL MAKE THE GAME CRASH EVERY 5 SECONDS
It really shouldn't. That said, known issues:
- When vehicles are set to spawn far away they may end up not spawning at all
- Vehicles may spawn in places they were not meant to/get stuck in. Blame the AI's bad driving.
- Messing up the settings file may result in the script not working, though I doubt that should be surprising to anyone.
- Once loaded into memory vehicles may continue to spawn outside of the script with the wrong driver/passengers.
This is a mostly BETA release, so if you do find something else wrong let me know. Or don't, if you don't want me to fix it/care.
By capito(The original spike strip mod created by me :) )
By default, PageDown deployes it and PageUp removes it.
Q.Why can't I place 2 or more?
A. I don't have it set to for a reason, to many objects crashed the game in testing.
Q.Will the spikes go away?
A.Nope. I was testing the other day I started at the airport and flew back to the spawn on party mode. My friend ran over it and it still worked..
Q.Dude, it don't work. I tried it on my friends tires and he said they didn't pop!!!
A. Well, it won't pop it on actual players. It will look popped on your screen but it won't be popped for him.
Q.Can I drop them from a car?
A.Yep. It should work on all vehicles. It drops about 5 feet behind you.
Q.I am pressing the key I have set to deploy and nothings happening.
A.You still have a strip down. Press the key you have set to remove it.

By StraysifySimple fix for a bug that many people hate; The GTA IV Snow mod V2 reactions. When you're driving, any nearby peds will scream and run away as if you're driving offroad. This is caused by the way the snow mod is created, which turns roads into offroad conditions. This simple edit to ShockingEvents makes it so peds don't scream and run away when you drive offroad.
**The only other fix I found online didn't work, so I released mine.**
Snow mod v2.0: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=5740
By letsplayordySo I usually don't upload mods here, but RiceBox (the person who requested this mod) suggested it, so I did.
This is just a simple mod that removes 5 health from you about every minute and 30 seconds, 5 minutes after the last time you've ate.
The way you replenish your health is by eating like normal.
How to install:
First install .NET Scripthook, then copy the Hunger.net.dll and Hunger.ini files to the scripts folder in your GTA IV directory.
Right-CTRL + H = To toggle hunger (hunger is enabled on startup)
-Keys are changeable in the ini file
Do not redistribute without my permission.
By OfficerLundThis mod fixes the problem with snow mod where people run from your car when you drive past. This is caused by all the roads having the "offroad" mapping to them. This makes it so the peds will not react at all to you driving on the road unless something happens such as a collision.
This is only recommended for use with the Snow Mod on GTAGarage.
By zv3rk4Redd's IV-CopManager
- no more police "destruction derby" when chasing criminals
Script mod that limits amount of cops spawned near you by removing already spawned cops that are not close to the player.
This mod was made to fight crazy cop chases with 20+ cars on maxed settings but can be used in any other situation too.
How it works?
The script doesn't delete the game objects because such method is prone to crashes, it only signals the game that we do not need objects anymore.
Only the top [VehicleLimit] vehicles and [PedLimit] enforcers will be allowed to stay spawned within the [DistanceLimit] meters around you.
This does not apply to you, your vehicle or any mission dependable objects such as game missions or criminal driving a cop car.
* Notice *
It is still possible that you will get in a "destruction derby" (rarely). Newly spawned objects far away should be removed by the game before they reach you.
Also featured (toggleables):
* marking units and vehicles on a map using blips. Check the configuration file for more information.
* health and armor regenerator if you fell like futuristic cop ;)
Tested on GTA IV 22.214.171.124 (Steam), but should be compatible with EFLC models too.
.NET Framework 4.5
- none -
Use at your own risk. I am not responsible for anything you do with it, nor for any damage that comes out of using it.
This script shouldn't cause game crashes if you follow the configuration file minimums.
It might crash your game if you have a lot of police vehicle mods installed but that was not a case on my PC.
As this is my first upload, I would like to ask you if you rate the script as a bad one (3 or less stars), please say what you don't like about it :)
Developer API Preview
LCPD Device is a very customizable device interface for scripting inside of the GTA IV game. Instead of remembering a large number of hotkeys, you can use it as a graphical interface to interact with your scripts on GTAIV. Better yet, LCPD Device has been build in order to allow 3rd party developers to create new applications for it and extends its functionalities.
Allow installation of custom device skins.
Allow installation of custom applications.
Toggle key configurable by its ini file.
Notification system allow apps to show you information when the device is hidden.
The latest version of GTA IV or EFLC.
GTAIV - 126.96.36.199.
EFLC - 188.8.131.52.
[*].NET Framework 4.5
In order to start using the LCPD Device, you just need to follow the simple steps below:
Download the "LCPD Device Release X.X.X.X".
Copy all contents from the package to the folder "scripts" inside of your main GTAIV or EFLC folder (eg. D:GamesGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIVscripts).
Look over our Wiki Pages for more information.
Installing 3rd party components
Installing third party components is a very easy task, you need go to the "LCPDDevice" folder inside of your "scripts" folder (eg. D:GamesGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIVscriptsLCPDDevice). Therefore, you will see the following structure:
apps: Here you can install, enable or disable third party applications. In order to install new apps, just copy the app folder to this folder.
data: Here you can find all default collections for GTA infos such as cars, weapons and places.
logs: Here you can find all logs created by installed applications.
skin: Here you can find all installed skins. In order to install a new skin, just copy the skin folder to this folder and change the selected skin parameter on the main "config.ini" found on the "LCPDDevice" directory.
lang: Here you can find all language strings displayed in game by the main application. Installed applications can use these strings or read their version of strings.
The main idea behind the LCPD Device has to create a easier way to display a graphical user interface for GTAIV scripts. Therefore, LCPD Device has extended some default functionalities from the ScriptHookDotNet and warped them in a easier way to use. For example, LCPD Device allows to your application load the screen layout from a XML file, allowing a quick edit for your needs.
Therefore, to build an application to be used within LCPD Device, there is a documentation file and an example project (view links below). In addition, there will be new API available in the next versions to come, based on both user and developer feedbacks.
PLEASE: I really would like to receive some feedback from other developers in order to create a good API (within the GTA limitations, of course) that allow you create new apps for it.
Do not copy this script over any modding web site. If you want this mod to be displayed on your website, contact me for uploading so I can track and always keep them updated. Breaking this rule, will imply on a DCMA Takedown request to the website host company, and they always follow it. A callout pack of twelve incidents for the borough of Bohan. The mod is focused on recreating the conditions of policing in high-crime areas of NYC. You can expect dynamic gameplay as well as ordinary police work.
Due to the fact that the pack is still in development stage every aspect of gameplay may be changed.
List of calls:
1. Burglary in the past
Take a report and look for a suspect. Monitor your radio, another sector car may spot your suspect and need your assistance in pursuing him.
2. A car on fire
Cars in Bohan are rather in poor condition. When FD is busy (in South Bohan: always) you got to back them up with some easier jobs.
3. A car is being stripped
It might be stolen car so be there ASAP before they dismantle it to atoms. Make sure you don't spook the "mechanics" with your siren!
4. Sale of narcotics
Drugs are one of the biggest problem in the neibourhood. Help the community and take another dealer from the streets.
5. Homeless people harassing LTA passengers
Just askin' for a dime, huh? A simple question may turn into a violent attack, respond quick when it’s dark!
6. EMS is requesting assistance
Help paramedics with the aggressive patient.
7. Gang-related assault
Despite of gang activity and violent attacks, people are still jogging after dark. Be on scene as soon as possible, otherwise the victim may not survive.
8. A mugging victim calls for help
Mugging is an everyday crime in Bohan. Go and help a complainant. Drive her to the hospital or canvass the area to find a suspect.
9. Prisoner transport
An ordinary job of a patrolman. Transport a prisoner to the station house.
10. Assist patrolman with a "man with a gun" call
Respond on a request of your fellow Officers. You got to be there in case of hell break loose.
11. An unconscious man
Street events attract people like a magnet. Control the crowd until EMS arrives.
12. A street fight
Common occurence in every busy area. Your task is to restore public order.
13. Drug usage
Bohan is highly infested with drugs and you are the one who is suppose to fight it. Take all possible safety measures while handling calls connected with intoxication.
14. Commercial burglary
Store owners are struggling to keep their businesses running. Without police assistance they won’t make it. Be in the right place at the right time to catch goons who destroy the local business.
New world events:
person with a weapon.
a custom radio chatter based on real NYPD recordings.
Have fun! I expect some feedback here:

By Cyron43Have you ever wished you could go on bike patrol with your police partner? Then this mod is for you. BikePatrol gets your partner on his own police bike (TBOGT but see the FAQ section about how to get it in TLAD and GTA IV as well). You will see this always happen when you use a vehicle which has either no free passenger seat or no passenger seat at all. More detailed information in the "How to use this mod" section and the "How this mod works" section of the guide (part of the rar file).
Note: This mod requires HazardX's ScriptHookDotNet.

Did you want LC to be LS but missing that small thang that distracts you form LS and puts you back in LC when on patrol? Well here is the Dispatch voice from V for IV for you to enjoy!!!
*!*!*!*WARNING*!*!*!* - Only usable with LCPDFR 1.0 and after, NOT usable with stock game!!!!
By ValuedPear05This simple file edit increases damage and decreases the accuracy of weapons. Making it take fewer shots to take someone out, and giving guns a heavier recoil (For example, a pistol shot can take 2-3 body shots on average)
+decreases accuracy on most ranged weapons (except snipers) for a more realistic spread leading to more intense and longer shootouts.
+smaller crosshair (gives you a perspective of where you're shooting without being blatantly obvious)
+weapon damage increased, no more pedestrians getting up over and over after getting shot!
+makes weapons less accurate when holding down LMB(shoot) Small bursts are more accurate!
+weapon ranges slightly increased on shotguns and other weapons
+deagle, shotguns, and rifles exert slightly more force when making contact
Other slight changes
+Removed health circle around aiming reticle when aiming at enemies. No more hints that you are hovering right over an enemy!
Please leave feedback :) I don't consider myself a modder but I have the utmost respect to those who can script, model, texture, etc.
This is simply something I edited in my game to get a more realistic LCPDFR. (I must say shootouts and gunplay has brought a new light in this aspect, considering GTA weapons are dead accurate by default)
INSTALLATION - Drop both files in your common/data folder. Make backups
If you want to keep the health reticle when aiming at enemies, just don't install the hud file.
*Back up your weaponinfo.xml and hud.dat*
By SamNow supporting unlimited liveries! An update to the popular Area Livery Mod, ALM 2.0 is a simple modification that allows you to match vehicle liveries to areas of Liberty City. Unlike ALM 1.0 and 1.1, ALM 2.0 allows for an unlimited number of liveries thanks to LMS' AdvancedHook.
This script requires the .NET ScriptHook for GTA IV, please see: http://www.gtaforums...howtopic=392325
This script functions automatically and contains an .ini configuration file where numerous livery related settings can be customized.
Please read both readme.txt information files contained within the download archive for further information.
ALM is designed and coded by Sam.
Thanks to LMS for allowing us to use more than 4 liveries, and to NicolaiB who came up with the idea for ALM back in 2011.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT ADDITIONAL LIVERIES
Additional liveries (5 or more) can result in texture archive sizes that the game will not support.
Too many liveries or too big a texture archive can result in problems ranging from lag to fatal errors.
Please see the included readme for further information for vehicle/texture modification developers.
