  2. The State of San Andreas, 1996. Thanks to the breakup of the SAPD, the force is now just a state patrol unit, mostly focusing on the highway, and reforming everything, including their liveries.

Alright, backstory out of the way, let's get down to the real deal. Obviously it is based off of the California Highway Patrol's 1980s and 1990s liveries, with each model used down here:

    Ranger
I've tried my best, once again, with the door panels, but as you can see from the Stanier door textures, nothing is perfect, but I tried my best to get it right. Credit goes to @ThatOneHick, @Ekalb, and KevinDV over on GTA4Mods for providing vehicle templates and models. Remember, don't redistribute without my permission!
    Enjoy!

And with this now uploaded, I can now focus on other paths. I would just like to also announce that I have a GTAInside page! See this, if you have an account yourself, for details. Some of my non-EMS work will be uploaded there, just to appeal to both LCPDFR users and normal GTA modders by using both sites. My latest project will be going up within next week, possibly on there.

  4. Well, there we have it. The folder is clear. Now we can move onto my newest project

This is Ekalb's Vapid Stanier (Non-ELS), modified to give the appearance of an LCPD Traffic 'choose your ride' car. Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has. There's a chance that the liveries may be slightly incorrect because of said limitations, and my skills, due to this texture being around about half a year old (I haven't edited it much since), so if any problems or inaccuracies show, tell me. It is highly recommended to install this as an addon vehicle, as if not, your police will be stuck driving around cars obviously meant for show in vehicle cycles every now and then, and that's just embarrassing.

The original model is located here(much credit goes to @Ekalb for making...just what is the best car in the game) and remember, don't redistribute it without my permission!
    Enjoy!

  5. MADE WITH THE UK POLICING TEMPLATE PACK!
Wew, second mod in a day! GTA texturing is so semi-easy.
This is Ekalb/Lt. Caine's Vapid Stanier (THAT IS THE NAME NOW) (Non-ELS, non slicktop), modifed to give the appearance of a Metropolitan Police Rover 800 used by the Met famously up until 2008-ish (you may have seen it on episodes of 'Police Stop!'). Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has.
However, I already know there are problems and issues with the texture.
A big problem you may see is that the lightbar is NOT just white and blue. I have no idea how to fix that without
getting too technical, sorry, and the textures may be a bit wonky and off-scale and inaccurate to the real Rover 800, because I'm not the best texture editor in the world - I have tried to recreate it to the very best, but as always, the template and GIMP 2.0 have limitations.   But I'm trusting you'll ignore, or even fix the little nitpicks that exist within my download. The original model is located here (much credit goes to Lt. Caine @Ekalbfor creating a stunning model WITH CUSTOM PLATES AGAIN (after recent discovery)), and well, don't redistribute it without my permission! Enjoy!

  6. MADE WITH THE UK POLICING TEMPLATE PACK!
The last time I uploaded something here was a miserable failure, so here I am, new goal, trying again. This is Ekalb's Police Vincent (Non-ELS) (Thanks for that mate) modified to give the appearance of a Humberside Police Proton Persona, used by the force up until somewhere around about 2010 or something. Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has.
However, I already know there are problems and issues with the texture.
A big problem you may see is that the lightbar is NOT just white and blue. I have no idea how to fix that without
getting too technical, sorry, and the textures may be a bit wonky and off-scale and inaccurate to the real Inspira, because I'm not the best texture editor in the world - I have tried to recreate it to the very best, but as always, the template and GIMP 2.0 have limitations.   But I'm trusting you'll ignore, or even fix the little nitpicks that exist within my download. 13. THE FIRST, AND NOT LAST, LCPD VEHICLE!

Now before I get accused of plagarism, I'd just like to inform you that the crests are NOT MINE. In fact, they are @BOVRILwares's creation. I tried to contact him about my usage of it, but unfortunately, he has not responded. I'd like to thank him, however, for the inspiration for making this, and if I can, I'll rectify any fair use issues with him/her.

This is ThatOneHick's Declasse Tornado (Non-ELS), modified to give the appearance of a typical LCPD vehicle of the day, based on an NYPD Ford Galaxie. Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has. There's a chance that the liveries may be slightly incorrect because of said limitations, and my skills - for example, the bonnet just is too squiggly, I only discovered the 'stroke path' tool while in the process of making this - so if any problems or inaccuracies show, tell me.

The original model is located here(much credit goes to @ThatOneHick for making an absolutely retrotastic model, perfect for the slim minority of 60s players), and remember, don't redistribute it without my permission!

  14. While in the process of this, I've realised that the original author has already done the job for me:
He's most likely at an advantage because I'm working from models and photographs from across the pond. However, even though now I think I've done a few things wrong, I feel like I've done good. Because when I first looked, there were no such models on the site. Also, I've got multi-livery, so...yeah. No slandering, but I've done good.

This is Solo's (reuploaded by strike) 1974 Dodge Monaco (ELS), modified to give the appearance of an Illinois State Police vehicle, with unit numbers as featured in the Blues Brothers! Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has. There's a chance that the liveries may be slightly incorrect because of said limitations, and my skills - for example, I cut off the bottom stripe at the wrong point because I misread the template - so if any problems or inaccuracies show, tell me.

(mid-post reminder: its recommended you use the Streethawk version of the car. As the original vehicle used a red Aerodynic, its as close as I could get)

The original model is located here(much credit goes to @solo for making a great model, and @strike for reuploading), and remember, don't redistribute it without my permission!
    Enjoy!

  15. I'm not leaving for exams, I've decided. GTA modding is somewhat theraputic, so I'm jumping back in, but expect less mods until June the 23rd. That's when I leave properly.

This is ThatOneHick's Declasse Premier (Non-ELS), modified to give the appearance of a classic-ish, marked in the more-yellow 'Jam Sandwich' livery. Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has. There's a chance that the liveries may be slightly incorrect because of said limitations, and my skills, so if any problems or inaccuracies show, tell me.

  16. Well, I'm stuck. I've ran out of vehicles to texture for a GTA V-era non-ELS pack set in London. I think from now on, I'll start focusing on other forces, realistic or fictional, some even outside of the UK. The lack of non-ELS vanilla models, however, has impaired me a little, so I might start branching out on realistic vehicles, too.
Also, there's a major situation approaching that'll put my modding hobby on the downlow for a while - exams. From the coming Monday to mid-June, possibly, it will be extremely unlikely I will release any mods, due to my GCSEs approaching, meaning I have to revise and take exams, in order to get myself a secure future. There is one more mod I want to release before I completely shut down, so stay tuned for that. Let's move on.

This is Lt.Caine's Vapid Speedo Ambulance (Non-ELS), modified to give the appearance of a modern-day LAS ambulance, marked in battenburg livery. Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has. There's a chance that the liveries may be slightly incorrect because of said limitations, and my skills, so if any problems or inaccuracies show, tell me.

  17. So...problem. There's only one vehicle left to upload related to GTA V-era London, and exams are coming up in mere weeks. The issue here, is, that I've practically done all the London-related vehicles I can. And thanks to the disappearance of GTAPoliceMods, my options in vehicle models are slowly getting more and more limited. So there may be gaps in the future where I may not upload anything at all. Further updates in my next download.

This is Yard1's Bravado Buffalo S (Non-ELS), modified to give the appearance of a Volvo V40 traffic car, marked in battenburg livery. Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has. There's a chance that the liveries may be slightly incorrect because of said limitations, and my skills, so if any problems or inaccuracies show, tell me.

  18. Chronologically, this was the first ever battenburg vehicle I made for GTA IV. Upon first testing, I immediately gave up, and had the towel thrown in until I tweaked it into what it is today. It's not giving up that counts in GTA IV modding. Same goes for trying to get Zmodeller...

  21. It took me until I finished all four liveries to realise I didn't get the battenburg cut away from the trim bits. Sorry about that, this battenburg business was getting frustrating. Chronologically, this was the last battenburg vehicle, so I hope you understand my frustration.

  22. I've did it! I've managed to pull off battenburg! And I can't even spell it! *raucous applause*
So from now on, GTA V-era vehicles will be marked in battenburg, should the based-off-of age be past mid 2011. It's not perfect, but it does the job.

  23. In memoriam of PC Keith Palmer - 1969-2017
This vehicle is dedicated to him, and the bravery of all police officers on 22/3/17. Lest we forget.

This is the beginning, also, of a new era for my Metropolitan Police mods. As you can see, the roof markings have now changed to the number '02' instead of '01'. This is to signify that this is a newer Metropolitan Police vehicle, as to avoid confusion with the older vehicles put out last year. Battenburg vehicles, since I have mastered editing those, will be released soon. Down to business.

This is Yard1's Vapid Stanier Mark II (non-els, please use V-Style lightbar), modified to give the appearance of a standard Metropolitan Police area car, the only V-Style modern vehicle with the traditional 'Jam Sandwich' livery. Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has. There's a chance that the liveries may be slightly incorrect because of said limitations, and my skills, so if any problems or inaccuracies show, tell me.

The original model is located here(much credit goes to @Yard1 for making a great Stanier model, or just making V mods for IV in general) and please, don't redistribute it without my permission.
    Enjoy.

  25. MADE WITH THE UK POLICING TEMPLATE PACK!
The first time I uploaded something here was a great success, so here I am, same goal, commemorating my success.
This is Ekalb's Police Stanier (Non-ELS) (Thanks for that mate) modified to give the appearance of a Humberside Police Proton Impian, used by the force up until somewhere around about 2015 or something. Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has.
However, I already know there are problems and issues with the texture.
A big problem you may see is that the lightbar is NOT just white and blue. I have no idea how to fix that without
getting too technical, sorry, and the textures may be a bit wonky and off-scale and inaccurate to the real Impian, because I'm not the best texture editor in the world - I have tried to recreate it to the very best, but as always, the template and GIMP 2.0 have limitations.

But I'm trusting you'll ignore, or even fix the little nitpicks that exist within my download. The original model is located here (much credit goes to @Ekalb for creating a stunning model AND NUMBER PLATE TEXTURES WOO), and well, don't redistribute it without my permission!
    Enjoy!

As a side note, I've practically recreated the Humberside Police Vincent description for my 1 year anniversary. God, that happened fast, didn't it? When I first signed up here, my account, sadly, got deleted due to the server crash of the 31st of March. I was forced to twiddle around on LCPDFR without an account until 1st of April (no joke), and this will always stay in my mind - I discovered my account was lost when I was in Junction32, Castleford, specifically in Bodyshop. But there's been mostly ups, and a few downs, and I'd just like to thank everyone who has supported and downloaded my stuff from the 24th of August last year. Really, thank you. Wouldn't be here without you all.
