Installation Instructions

For starters, you’re going to need the GTA modding tool OpenIV
http://openiv.com/ A download link can be found here.

Once you’ve installed OpenIV, launch the program, download any updates, and navigate to your GTA V directory. 
You should be met with a screen that looks something like this.

Now, navigate to the following path
Grand Theft Auto http://V/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5

Once your directory looks like this, you know you’re in the right place.

Once this step is done, you are clear to drag and drop the popcycle.dat provided with this mod. Simply dump it in this folder and move on to the next file.

Now, navigate to the following path
Grand Theft Auto http://V/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5

Once your directory looks like this, you know you're in the right place! Simply drop the popgroups.ymt and you're good to go.

Be sure to install the .asi loader and OpenIV.asi plug-in as directed.
