VisualV is a graphic overhaul modification for Grand Theft Auto V, bringing you a completely redone time cycle, edited timecycle modificators for areas/interiors, improved color correction to add some life to Los Santos and Blaine County as well as a fixed rendering code, so your playing experience will be more smooth and nicer.
      What was changed in VisualV?
      - All weathers rewritten from scratch, based on a hundreds of Los Angeles photos and movies.
      - Draw distance of lights was increased and they are more visible.
      - Moon movement is corrected (no more moonrise at west!).
      - Moon size was matched to the real world.
      - Volumetric fog effect was improved, now it's stunning as it should be.
      - Clouds colors, intensity and movement were built from scratch.
      - Shadows under vehicles are in higher quality, so they are no more not blocky.
      - Chromatic aberration and vignetting were removed from the normal gameplay.
      - Lens flares are all the same for three lead characters.
      - Dithering effect from the grass was removed for good, rainy weathers will make it great!
      - And many, many minor fixes.
VisualV has own ReShade and ENB presets, with heat haze effect available only for VisualV.
There are few optionals improvements, check them out!

Hey y'all, here's a little skin pack I made. I noticed a lack of transit police skin packs so I decided to try my hand. BART police protect the transit system in the Bay Area of California, so it felt to me like they would fit pretty well in Los Santos.
Please don't reupload these anywhere. If you want to tweak these skins for your own personal use, go right ahead. I've even included the templates I used so you can have an easier time doing so. If you have any suggestions or constructive criticisms, let me know! I might have time to get to it. I tried my best to keep true to BART police's design, but I wasn't going for a 100% replica, I wanted this to be lore-friendly.

All of us here at the GTA Realism Team have committed ourselves to providing you with best possible GTA V wanted level experience. Best lore friendly models, incredible variety, reworked AI, enhanced dispatch and unique wanted level spawning extension script will provide you with an unique experience on a scale that has never been seen before in GTA V, all in one easy-to-install package.

RDE 3.0 - Robust, Detailed, Enhanced
3.0 brings a plethora of new features - there are too many to count. New agencies, six stars, even more vehicles, custom ped models, powerful scripts - RDE just got bigger, badder, and better! 3.0 expands on 2.2, while redoing many of the features from scratch. We are certain that you will love 3.0.

      RDE is:
Lore Friendly - each of the changes introduced does not stand out from the GTA universe created by Rockstar Games. The concepts introduced out by Rockstar have instead been expanded and revamped with loving care.
Realistic - many of the introduced changes bring GTA V closer to the real-life - examples include new AI behaviors and tactics, agency jurisdictions, response types and more. However, realistic does not mean real - it’s still the GTA universe, just better.
Detailed - every aspect of the mod has been perfected to the tiniest detail, from higher quality models and textures to new police stations. Even the tiny details such as port police officers replacing private security in relevant places in the Port of South LS are included, and many more details have been added to already existing models.
Fun - RDE has been made to be a challenging but fun experience. The specialized, built-from-ground-up wanted level system allows for truly epic chases and shootouts - but watch out! Cops have some new tools in their equipment, and they know how to use them - to great effect. True Sixth Star has been added - can you survive the law enforcement agencies of San Andreas throwing everything they have at you?

RDE improves and expands old law enforcement agencies and brings new ones to the GTA world, based on real-life ones yet seamlessly integrated into the universe, providing unparalleled variety, with no cut corners. Outrun the San Andreas Highway Patrol on the freeways, play hide-and-seek with San Andreas State Parks Rangers, meet Los Santos Sheriff’s Department in LS County and more.

      Law Enforcement Agencies:

Los Santos Police Department (LSPD),  Los Santos Sheriff Department (LSSD),  Blaine County Sheriff's Office (BCSO, optional add-on),  Los Santos Port Authority Police (PAP),  Los Santos International Airport Police (LSIAPD)  State:
San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP),  San Andreas State Park Rangers (SASP),  San Andreas Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (SADCR),  San Andreas National Guard (Military)  Federal:
National Office of Security Enforcement (NOOSE),  Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB, expanded in optional add-on),  United States Coast Guard (USCG)
Each agency has unique and detailed lore friendly vehicles and custom made peds. Not only they will patrol their respective zones, but thanks to the new wanted system they will appear in their respective jurisdictions.

Military response is present and reactive - if you are flying in an airplane or helicopter while wanted, expect to soon notice military fighters on your radar. Rampages in tanks are no longer unstoppable - fire will be fought with fire. PAYDAY & Call of Duty inspired Juggernauts will spawn at higher wanted levels. All of this is configurable.

Dispatch system has been almost completely replaced by a custom made script, allowing for six stars, configurability and advanced AI. Choose one of the provided presets, or make your own - you can tailor almost every aspect of the mod to your likings.

Arrest Warrant & Better Chases mod has been completely integrated and updated with new features and extra configurability not found in the original version.

All of the features from Crime and Police Rebalance & Enhancement have been included, with even more AI and meta changes than before.

Optional add-ons - The Sheriffs of Blaine, Federal Law and Emergency! are provided in the download. We recommend to install them all for complete experience, but they are not required to run RDE.

Thanks to Cass, we are proud to include a standalone (no need to install WOV separately), compatible version of his amazing mod World of Variety in our download as an optional installation option. You do not need to worry yourself about making two of your favorite mods work together - we did this for you. Just select the option in the installer, and enjoy WOV with RDE.

For your convenience we’ve included Spawn MP Vehicles in SP by drp4lyf as an optional patch for those who use WOV or want to spawn these vehicles in SP.

RDE is also a perfect base for LSPDFR mod. You can install RDE and the provided backup.xml and enjoy the ultimate LSPDFR experience with no hassle, taking advantage of all the new RDE vehicles and peds. We have also included configuration files for several popular plugins, such as ArrestManager by Albo1125, CustomBackup and BetterEMS by PNWParksFan and CopHolster by PieRGud.

A dedicated RDE Package Creator will allow you to configure your RDE installation in a similar fashion to FOMOD/Nexus installers for Skyrim/Fallout and create an OIV package you only need to install with OpenIV Package Manager. No more fuss with files!

The Realism Team, rms8723, SuperStumpje, Cass, Albo1125, PieRGud, PNWParksFan, GlitchGamer, Lozano71, Illusionary, drp4lyf, Thero, Unmutual, Netman, Custo, Olanov, RM76, OfficerLund, RekRam, Lt. Caine, LtMattJeter, DLer, and Abraxas

We have exercised all due diligence in ascertaining correct credits for included content. If you feel that we have made an error or omission in credits, please contact Dilapidated, Yard1 or NefariousBonne on either LCPDFR.com or GTA5-mods.com privately.

Q: I noticed a bug, how should I submit a report for it to be fixed?
A: Please provide a brief explanation of the bug and submit your logs. To do this open SixStarResponse.ini and make the following changes: “Debug=1” “NativeDebug=1” then save the ini. Reproduce the bug and open your SixStarResponse.log, gather the contents, use pastebin.com to post the log contents, and then submit the link to us with your description.

Q: The HUD elements beside the wanted stars aren’t aligned properly. Can this be fixed?
A: The HUD elements should be aligned as shown here: http://imgur.com/TI0wgeM if yours doesn’t look like this you may need to edit your safezone-size like so: http://imgur.com/SLS2AKt

Q: Please help! I’m getting crash issues upon loading the game or selecting story mode.
A: There’s numerous things that could cause this. If a new dlc is released it will require a new gameconfig file to be created, if you have an exceeding amount of extra vehicles with RDE that could cause issues with gameconfig as well. Our advice: Remove everything and start with a fresh mods folder (yes remove any other scripts as well) then install only rde and slowly add the others back one by one; testing with each addition.

Q: I do not own a legal copy of the game, will this mod still work?
A: Whether it works or not you’re on your own. We created this mod based on the official game release and will not support any other version of the game. Please do not ask us for support or de-tour our comments/forums with this discussion.

Q: I have agencies spawning outside of their jurisdiction. What could cause this?
A: 3.0 has completely rewritten the police system and so dispatch.meta is now limited to only spawning roadblocks and SWAT helicopters; the rest is handled via script. There’s other things that could cause this but as a good rule of thumb it’s imperative that you use the dispatch.meta we’ve provided and not one from another mod unless specifically stated it was made for RDE 3.0.

Q: Does RDE support SP missions / Will we add this feature?
A: In 3.0 you will most likely experience issues with some SP missions while others may work fine. It would be a big undertaking to ensure complete compatibility and so we would need the enlistment of the community to submit their logs. (See how to submit a bug report above)

Q: Can I develop my own configs for RDE and submit them on GTA5-mods/LSPDFR?
A: Not only are you allowed to do this but we encourage you to do so! However you are not permitted to share our files, models, scripts, etc. Only the config files are to be shared so be sure to have your users install RDE first before adding your mod/edits.

      Possible Burglary (Silent Alarm Response)
The wealthy and paranoid residents of Los Santos and Blaine County often invest in silent burglar alarm systems from Gruppe Sechs or Bobcat Security. Instead of alerting the intruder and encouraging them to flee, these devices give you a better chance of catching the culprit. These systems, combined with their owners' uncomfortably close relationships with the LSPD and LSSD means you'll be first on scene when one of the silent alarms is triggered.
You are called out to a hand-picked residence or business across the state. Each property has multiple locations a suspect will appear at — at the front door, behind a gate, round the back checking out the back door, etc. — and there are different scenarios for how the suspect will behave. You don't get a suspect blip, so it's up to you to investigate the area to try and locate the suspect. Hopefully, you'll not spook them and can make a nice easy arrest, but how things go is up to your skill and luck!
Sneak around the back, try and get juuust close enough them to have them surrender, or try and identify the getaway vehicle, stake it out and try and catch them leaving the property suspiciously.
If you let the suspect drive away without them having noticed you, concerned neighbors might make a 911 call to report the last known location of the suspect's vehicle. It's then up to you to try and stop them before they get too far away.
      Illegal Radio Broadcasting
Policing the airwaves is an important task. After all, who will ensure the government gets a healthy paycheck for licensing those radio waves that are all around us? That's where you step in. The police department have made significant investment in radio broadcasting detection equipment, and you'll be testing it out to track down and stop any unlicensed transmissions.
You will be called out to perform a traffic stop on a vehicle that is broadcasting some radio signals without the proper license. Hopefully, you'll be able to have a calm conversation (pressing Y to advance the on-screen subtitled conversation) and convince them to stop broadcasting, but sometimes they will not be so inclined.
This was my very first callout.
      Racing in Parking Lot
Appears as “Vehicles Racing” in the LSPDFR notification window.
Some San Andreas residents can think of nothing better to do with their spare time than take their vehicles (or those that belong to others) and ‘race’ them… around their local parking lot. You will be dispatched to the location to address the threat to public safety these individuals pose.
Featuring more than 50 locations around the map where vehicles will rev up, perform burnouts and race between set points in a relatively small area Can spawn up to 4 vehicles, giving you plenty of police work to do before the situation is fully resolved! A vehicle may have a front seat passenger, who also may flee or fight If multiple suspects flee, a single LSPDFR pursuit is launched for all the suspects, allowing you to call backup to pursue the other suspects while you focus on one If a vehicle’s occupants choose to flee, both driver and front passenger will be marked for the pursuit If a vehicle becomes too damaged (the AI driving is still GTA V!), the occupants will flee on foot Vehicles are sometimes stolen, configure likelihood in the .ini file for this callout Vehicles are sometimes uninsured (this feature requires Traffic Policer by Albo1125 to be installed and running), configure likelihood in the .ini file for this callout Configure the “chaos modifier” (in the .ini file for this callout) to determine how likely things are to get violent, allowing you to tailor the callout to suit your playing style Assist Security Guard
You're not the only one out there on the front line dealing with a variety of situations. Private security guards are often some of the first to encounter trouble on 'their beat' — and occasionally they will need help from you.
Scenarios include: Intruder in restricted area — impaired individual Intruder in restricted area — misguided activist Bouncer — uncompliant individual Bouncer — shots fired Unwilling to pay entry Misguided plane enthusiast in Los Santos International Airport Misguided movie star enthusiast in Backlot City Inappropriate behaviour towards other hotel guests University — expelled student Suspected thief There are dozens of places around the map where the callout can spawn — each supporting some of the scenarios above, as appropriate for the location. You are able to ‘speak’ with the guard and the suspect (on-screen subtitles) to determine what actions you would like to take. There are multiple conversation variants and possible outcomes for each scenario to keep things fresh. Some scenarios feature integration with @Albo1125’s Traffic Policer and its Breathalyzer and Drugalyzer functions. Some scenarios feature integration with @Darkmyre’s Search Warrant. Unauthorized Camping
Nosy neighbors and concerned citizens alike may call into the local Sherriff’s Department or Park Ranger station to report unauthorized campsites, or individuals behaving suspiciously in and around them. In these cases, you will be dispatched into the wilderness to determine what is going on, and see if anyone needs to be moved on. But not everyone’s reason for spending some time “off the grid” is the same, and mountain lions aren’t the only danger you might encounter.
      Bicycle On Freeway
Whether the ‘eco’ you care about is ecology or economy, riding a bicycle has many advantages. Not every road is suitable for this kind of transport, though, and the car-loving residents of San Andreas will quickly lose patience if a bicycle gets in the way on a fast road! Respond to a call about a bicycle on a freeway, or other fast road — get traffic flowing normally again and keep the public safe!
Suspect Possibly Attempting to Board Flight
Los Santos International Airport is a bustling hive of activity and one of the primary ways for people and goods to come in and out of the state. Sometimes an individual of interest to police will be in the area. There might not be a warrant out for their arrest, but their presence at the airport offers an opportunity for further investigation. If there is a justification from preventing them traveling, you might be able to get another dangerous criminal off the streets of Los Santos.
      Suspicious Activity near ATM
You’re called to an ATM after reports of “suspicious activity” nearby. The residents of San Andreas are vulnerable to all sorts of threats as they obtain their cash — your job may involve dealing with high-tech criminals, or those who are a bit more of a blunt instrument.
Several scenarios, so the “suspicious activity” has enough variety. You can speak with on-scene witnesses and victims and ask various different questions to try and determine what has happened and gather any evidence to track down the criminal. You are sometimes given descriptions of the suspect and their vehicle. The detail available will depend on how reliable your witness is! The Department’s ALPR system can be used to track down the general location of a suspect vehicle from the description you’ve gathered from the scene. You can ask suspects various questions to determine their guilt. In some cases, you will have multiple ways of approaching a line of enquiry, and the decision you make will impact how the suspect chooses to behave. Sometimes, if you ask the right questions, the suspect will manage to incriminate themselves!
      Landlord/Tenant Dispute
With sky high rents, onerous rental agreement terms and defiant tenants, it’s no wonder that tempers fray in the Los Santos rental market. You are called to the scene of a dispute between a landlord and a tenant and must utilise your diplomatic skills and knowledge of the relevant legal complexities to keep the peace and uphold the law.
      Insecure Vehicle Load
Everyone knows that the roads of San Andreas are dangerous places to be — and that was true before some residents decided to drive around with a little too much cargo for their vehicle! You will be called to a report of a vehicle carrying a load in an unsafe manner. You receive some detail about the target vehicle, but then must track it down and perform a traffic stop. Take any action that is necessary to keep the roads safe(r) and issue traffic citations accordingly!
@JFavignano for getting me into this whole thing in the first place through his excellent LSPDFR video series

This is very much a work in progress, as mentioned earlier, so I am keen for feedback, constructive criticism and ideas, but I can only do my best, and can't guarantee response times etc. We're all here to have fun, so please be patient, kind, inclusive and reasonable. Thanks.
      Hope you enjoy.

In order to select and customize outfits, you NEED to get the menu here:
EUP is an all-in-one modification that gives us the free range to create your own law enforcement officer as you patrol the streets and roads of San Andreas. U mad Ronson?
This time, play different - be different. Adapt your style to the situation. Get your gear on - use a High-Vis vest to direct traffic, a waterproof jacket on a rainy day or a tactical outfit when the situation gets hot. Choose from various lore-friendly departments base of real life. Customize various components of your outfits.
To go on duty with a custom character, don't go on duty from the stations. Instead, open the console (F4) and type ForceDuty and press enter, after you loaded your mp character

      Miscellaneous Callouts
Miscellaneous Callouts adds a variety of new callouts to the game. The callouts don't really follow a theme, just anything that I find interesting and hasn't already been done. I will continue to tweak and add variety to the existing callouts as well as adding new ones in the future. Requests are welcome!

      Gang Activity
Gangs have taken to the streets (literally!) and it is up to you to stop the violence!
      Arrest Warrant
A warrant has been issued and you have taken the call to pick them up, but they may not go down without a fight.
      Bar Fight
Two bar patrons have just been ejected from a bar for fighting, but now they're fighting on the street, making it your problem.
      Hit & Run
A hit and run has occurred, so its time to put the pedal to metal and chase the suspect down, right?! Nope. You get to be back up today! Arrive on scene and make sure it is secure and take the witness statement. There is no one to hunt down, there is no pursuit, you job is JUST to secure the scene. (This works best with BetterEMS and Traffic Policer so you have barriers.)
My callout starts at 6 minutes in, however I very much recommend the entire video. Thanks @Doug for the feature! (:

      2016 Charger - Unmarked
      Charger (Fictional) v1.0
A fictional model inspired by the new Oregon State Police (OSP) unmarked Chargers.
Please do not re-upload without giving proper credits.
Custom Lighting Stages. Here is how they work...
Lighting Stage 1: All Rear-Facing Lights
Lighting Stage 2: All primary lights, minus Wig-Wags/Takedowns (Only Extra 1 and 4. It's suppose to be 1, 2, 3 and 4. But ELS doesn't work that way)
      Lighting Stage 3: All lights.
      - Pretty simple install. Use OpenIV or SparkIV to replace "noose" in your vehicles.img (or whichever other vehicle slot you wish to use this Charger in.
      - I recommend using the flash patterns included in the download pack. Pre-configured to reflect the real life patterns used by OSP.

Idk why I'm releasing this as I am not completely ready to, but I have nothing to do with it as it is just sitting on my desktop in a compressed folder.
I hope you guys enjoy this as I am beginning to work on GTA V ENB's now. I need to come up with a name for it so if anyone has any ideas then message me and we can talk about what you guys want to see in an ENB that isn't already out yet.

This ENB is compatible on patch and It is also made for Mid-End pc which is the best for me since I get some good fps with it. I would usually get 30 to 50 fps which includes the nighttime fps. It is also originally EyeCandy v3 but then I formed it into a mix with multiple ENB's for better realism. I've been working really hard to form a ENB that would actually look good with different files that were compatible with each other. I also came to a problem where the shaders would screw up on me since the CryENB v3 config had disabled Caps in which it made some of the ped heads look darker around the neck area. Also the sky at night had this weird blue effect which made it unrealistic which didn't work out as well as I thought but I will have an update to this ENB if I find a way to fix it.
I made this a while ago and like.. Idk. Probably in the year of 2014 or early 2015 but anyway, I don't know if anything is fixed that needed to be fixed so if anyone comes across a problem then you can message me and I will try to resolve it and update the file ASAP.
